FAQ

Common questions about custody, API permissions, access, and risk.

Does Schduler hold my funds?

No. Schduler is non-custodial. Your funds remain in your exchange account at all times. Schduler connects via API with read and trade permissions only.

Does Schduler need withdrawal access?

No. Schduler does not require withdrawal permissions. Never enable withdrawal access for a Schduler API key.

Is access open to everyone?

No. Access requires an approved application. Every application is reviewed manually. Schduler may approve, waitlist, or decline applications based on fit, capacity, and operational conditions.

Does payment mean I go live immediately?

No. Payment unlocks onboarding and paper/demo validation. Live activation is a separate step after paper validation is successfully completed.

Is the Live Record real-time?

No. Live Record data is published with a delay. Real-time trade data is not shown. The delay is intentional to protect proprietary strategy logic.

Does Schduler reveal its strategy?

No. Schduler does not disclose signal timing, thresholds, model parameters, execution logic, or trade-by-trade details. The strategy is proprietary.

What exchanges are supported?

OKX, Binance, and Bybit are currently supported. Other exchanges may be added. Markets and exchanges are enabled after validation checks during onboarding.

What happens if I want to stop?

You may request to pause or cancel at any time by contacting Schduler through the official contact method. Schduler may also pause access based on operational or risk conditions.
