Terms of Use

These terms explain how Schduler may be accessed and used. Schduler is non-custodial automation software and does not provide investment advice, custody, or guaranteed returns.

1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Schduler, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website, request access, or use any Schduler-related service.

2

What Schduler Is

Schduler is non-custodial automation software designed to support systematic crypto trading workflows. Users retain control of their exchange accounts. Schduler does not custody funds and does not require withdrawal permissions.

3

Not Investment Advice

Schduler does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice. Any information shown on the website, including research results, historical metrics, charts, or Live Record data, is provided for informational and transparency purposes only.

4

No Performance Guarantee

Historical research, backtests, paper-forward records, and live-forward records do not guarantee future performance. Crypto markets are volatile and trading can result in partial or total loss of capital.

5

Non-Custodial Access

Schduler does not request or require withdrawal access. Users are responsible for creating API keys with appropriate restrictions. Users should never provide API keys with withdrawal permissions.

6

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own exchange accounts, API permissions, risk decisions, tax obligations, and compliance with laws in their jurisdiction.

7

Access Review

Schduler access may be reviewed manually before approval. We may approve, reject, waitlist, pause, or revoke access at our discretion, especially where market, exchange, risk, compliance, or support conditions are not suitable.

8

Paper/Demo Validation

Automation access may require paper/demo validation before live activation. Payment or approval does not mean live automation will begin immediately.

9

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid access may be offered through approved payment links, invoices, or supported payment providers. Fees, billing periods, cancellation rules, and refund policies may vary by plan and will be shown before payment.

10

Service Availability

Schduler may experience downtime, API issues, exchange issues, data delays, or operational interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11

Prohibited Use

Users may not misuse Schduler, attempt to reverse engineer proprietary logic, share restricted access, bypass controls, use the service unlawfully, or misrepresent Schduler as guaranteed investment performance.

12

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Schduler after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
