Non-Custodial Setup

Your funds remain in your exchange account. Schduler does not custody funds.

What Non-Custodial Means

Schduler connects to your exchange account via API. Your funds remain in your exchange account at all times. Schduler does not hold, move, or custody your funds.

How API Connection Works

You create an API key on your exchange with read and trade permissions only. You provide this key to Schduler during onboarding. Schduler uses this key to read market data and place orders on your behalf.

What Permissions Are Required

  • Read permission — required to monitor account and market data.
  • Trade permission — required to place and manage orders.
  • Withdrawal permission — NOT required. Never enable this.

What Schduler Cannot Do

Because Schduler does not have withdrawal permissions, it cannot move funds out of your exchange account. It cannot transfer to external wallets. It cannot access funds outside of the exchange account you configure.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for creating API keys with the correct permissions. You are responsible for securing your API keys. Never share API keys with anyone else. If an API key is compromised, revoke it immediately from your exchange and contact Schduler support.

Supported Exchanges

Schduler supports specific exchanges that are enabled after validation. See the Supported Markets article for details.
